It's been 1 month already! 1 month since our precious daughter was born. 1 month watching our baby grow. 1 month listening to all the beautiful baby noises she makes. 1 month seeing the most proud dad rock his baby girl. 1 month surviving sleepless nights with a newborn. 1 month seeing Grandma's face light up every time we walk in the door with Harlen. 1 month of spit up on everything. 1 month of MANY outfit changes. 1 month staring at a little sleeping face. 1 month of being parents. Need I explain more why it has been 1 wonderful month?!? Can't believe how time flies and how much she has changed already. She is looking more and more like a chubby baby everyday! We went for our 1 month checkup on Thursday. She is 9 pounds 7 ounces! (She was born at 6.13!) That proves she is a great little breast feeder! Which puts her in the 50th percentile. Her head is 14 1/2 inches (50th percentile) and height was 20 1/2 inches (25th percentile). However, I think she was longer because the nurse had a hard time stretching Miss H out. Doctor said she looked great and even better... her lungs sound perfect!

While Harlen's Great Grandma has been in town, one of Great Grandma's favorite things to do is give Harlen a bath! Harlen loves having ggma bathe her. She usually just sits and stares at ggma and sometimes sucks on ggma's arm. It's soo cute. She has come such a long way from the first bath we gave her in the NICU when she LOST it! Lol. Someday she will be splashing and playing with all her great bath toys!
