6 Weeks and Oh So Busy

Harlen has been so busy lately! She has been shopping everywhere with Mom and even did some shopping with Dad on Saturday! She tries to be a good sport, but usually has to share her opinion on the situation at least once while we are out and about. :) She also got a new second cousin named Jackson! Jackson is exactly one month younger than Miss H. He was born 10.20.2010, pretty cool birthday! He finally got to come home, to Aunt Kathy's, Saturday after spending a little over 2 weeks in the NICU because he was also born early. He is the most handsome little boy ever! And he makes baby Harlen look like a MONSTER compared to him. (She doesn't even fit into her newborn clothes anymore :(. 0-3 month all the way.)

Harlen got to celebrate her very first Halloween last weekend. You can see in the picture below how excited she was about the day! Lol. She has been so awake and alert lately. We can definitely see that she is starting to take a few naps a day rather than sleeping the majority of the day like she used to. She is more of a night owl and usually is the most sleepy in the late morning and early afternoon. Her fussy time is from about 7-10 and sometimes even 7-12 at night. Daddy usually takes over then and they walk around, rock, listen to music, sing, and she loves to listen to running water. Her new favorite thing is the White Noise app on our iPhones. She loves a little white noise. :) She is going longer during the night between feedings, which makes for some good and much needed sleep for mom and dad!
